Shai Dayan

Shai is based in Los Angeles, California and represents and counsels businesses in employment-based immigration matters. He strengthens his clients’ workforces by developing strategies to procure nonimmigrant and immigrant visas for highly talented foreign national candidates for employment. Shai has vast experience with a variety of nonimmigrant visa types, including H-1B, L, E, O and TN.

He is routinely called upon by his clients to secure more permanent employment solutions for their most talented foreign national employees. He guides his clients through all phases of the employment-based green card sponsorship process, including the PERM process and petitions for multinational managers and extraordinary ability employees.

Shai also ensures that his clients continue to remain compliant with immigration laws despite constantly changing interpretation by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security. He works with corporate clients of all sizes in industries including finance, e-commerce, technology, marketing, energy, hospitality, medical and manufacturing.

Shai also represents individual clients in family-based immigration matters including marriage-based green card petitions and applications.

Roderick Potts

Roderick assists clients in developing strategies for the smooth hiring of foreign-born candidates within the U.S. and from abroad. He also assists foreign nationals with their visa processing at consulates abroad. Roderick prepares immigrant and nonimmigrant visa petitions for corporate clients in industries such as finance, manufacturing and entertainment.
